Our Homeless Hub is a welcoming space where homeless individuals can find support, connect with professionals, and access essential services. Whether you’re seeking assistance or want to drop in for a chat, we’re here for you.

What We Offer:

• Open-Door Café: Join us from 11 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. No appointment is necessary—just walk in!
• Expertise: Our team includes trained professionals specialising in homelessness.
• Daily Support:
  • Monday: Vennture Fresh Start Response Link worker
  • Tuesday: Herefordshire Council Rough Sleeper Outreach Team
  • Wednesday: Connexus Young Persons Outreach Team
  • Thursday: Early Prevention of Homelessness (Talk Community)
  • Thursday: CCP (Caring for the Community) Community-Based outreach worker
  • Friday: Turning Point Outreach Team
  • Friday: Healthy Lifestyle Service (Talk Community)
  • Friday: Employment Support & referral to Talk Therapies (Landau IPS)

• Private Rooms: Need privacy? We’ve got you covered.
• Hot drinks, warm space, phone charging, trained volunteers and signposting
